The Sixth Generation Electrolux Professional WH6-33 Washing Machine

The WH6-33 washing machine is part of our 35 kg combo machine and has the capacity for 400 to 600 kg of laundry per day. There are a variety of characteristics that help make these machines stand out from the competition. Some of these include:
  • Weight System – weighs the load being processed and adjusts the amount of water needed to wash the load.
  • Efficient Dosing System – in combination with the weight system, this adjusts the amount of detergent used when washing clothes.
  • Design Efficiency – there is less dead water space between the shaft, casing, and drum.
  • Power Balance – the machine measures and corrects imbalances and adjusts G-forces in real-time, maximizing the water removal during the spin cycle, saving time and money in the drying process.

Certifications

HACCP or APPCC and ERGOCERT; Electrolux professional is the only brand with these certifications in laundry equipment. Additionally, the machines are ISO 14001 due to the use of recycled materials and are certified ISO 9001 and ISO of ecology.

The Fifth Generation Electrolux Professional TD5675 Dryer

As part of our 35 kg combo machine, the TD5675 Dryer can dry between 400 and 600 kg of clothes per day. These devices feature a number of key characteristics, including:
  • High productivity – on average, you should be able to dry two loads of laundry per hour.
  • Automatic Stop System – stops automatically when the clothes are 100% dry.
  • Non-Radial Axial Drying System – This greatly improves the efficiency of the dryer, saving you time and money.
  • Programmable Controller – you can customize up to 30 different drying programs and provide them with specific names based on the types of garments being dried.
  • Ergonomic – the drum height reaches exactly to the operator’s hip to help reduce fatigue and increase productivity.

How Do I Know the 35 Kg Meets Covers My Washing Needs?

We tested the productivity of our 35 kg combo equipment with real-world data from a company in the food sector. They provided us with information about the quantity of pieces and the approximate weights of their garments, and with this information, we carried out equipment calculations. With our results, we determined that the 35 kg combo met their requirements in an 8-hour shift. This analysis made the company decide to take control of washing its uniforms within the plant and to stop outsourcing.

A Complete Cost-Benefit Analysis

When calculating the return on an investment, the initial price is just the tip of the “iceberg.” Operating costs accumulate year after year and represent the majority of your expenses. Therefore, they are the most important factors that must be taken into account when choosing your laundry equipment. The “iceberg” for the Electrolux Professional 6000 Line of laundry equipment is small. With automatic savings, integrated savings, intelligent dosing, and power balance technologies, the 6000 Line has been designed to have the lowest possible consumption of water, energy, and detergent. That guarantees a minimum cost per load of laundry.
